“On This Hill” Reflects on Mental Wellness and Offers Fans Free Therapy

Grammy Award-winning artist T-Pain has released a poignant new single, “On This Hill,” to mark Mental Health Awareness Month. The song delves into themes of mental wellness and self-advocacy, echoing a powerful message of standing up for oneself.

In an exclusive interview with Billboard, T-Pain shared insights into the creation of “On This Hill” and its personal significance. “This song is really about refusing to be gaslit anymore. It’s about coming to a realization that I have to stand up for myself,” T-Pain explained. “Over the years, that has just been something I’ve had to open my eyes to and learn how to deal with it. So yeah, I’ll die on this hill, ha!”

In a remarkable move to support his fans’ mental health, T-Pain has partnered with Talkspace, a leading online and mobile therapy company. Through this collaboration, fans can receive free therapy for up to a year. T-Pain announced the initiative on X (formerly Twitter), highlighting the importance of mental health.

In addition to the new single, T-Pain is gearing up for his “Mansion In Wiscansin Party Tour.” The tour kicks off in Houston on May 29 and will include several exciting dates, such as a special Juneteenth celebration at The Hollywood Bowl with Color of Noise Orchestra, his third annual Wiscansin Fest at The Rave/Eagles Club in Milwaukee, and a headline show at Central Park SummerStage. The tour will run through July 2024.

Fans can also catch T-Pain performing alongside Pitbull on the “Party After Dark Tour,” promising an unforgettable concert experience.
