She is well known for making bold fashion statements while performing on stage.
And on Thursday, it was announced that Willow Smith would be gracing the cover of Elle France‘s December issue.
The 21-year-old performer was seen cutting a seriously stylish figure in a photo that was taken for the monthly publication and shared to its official Instagram account.
Smith wore a fashionable black Mugler coat that featured a cutout portion on its lower left side during the photoshoot.
The hitmaker also sported a matching pair of socks that rose to the middle of her shins as she posed for the camera.
The Wait A Minute! singer accessorized with a nose piercing and a set of earrings that added a bit of metallic shine to her monotone outfit.
Smith is no stranger to the modeling world, as she previously walked in Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Fashion Show, which was held last October.
The performer sported a sultry black jacket on top of a matching lace bra while appearing in the event.
She also wore a set of fishnet leggings and a pair of high-top Doc Marten boots.
The hitmaker added various elements of sparkle to her outfit with several articles of jewelry at the show.
Smith later hailed Rihanna as a ‘true VISIONARY’ and thanked her for ‘allowing me to be apart of your art’ with a post that was shared to her Instagram account.
The performer spoke about her approach to style during an interview with Vogue, where she noted that she was interested in keeping her approach to fashion more fluid than not.
She expressed that her signature look was ‘never one thing. I think it’s constantly changing with my emotions and what I want to say that day.’
The singer then discussed how she took inspiration from individuals who followed their own creative paths.
‘That’s real beauty to me; creativity and the confidence that comes with being able to execute a creative vision,’ she said.
Smith went on to note that she had started a habit of reflecting on her achievements and work in an effort to make herself feel more confident as a performer.
‘I try to always remind myself that I have value even without any of the things that I’m doing. I have value aside from what I show the world and the art I put out in the world,’ she said.
The hitmaker added: ‘I’ve learned to love what’s at my core, at my purest form.’
